Week 8 reading

Cascading style sheets is a technique where generic identifiers in a web page are used to format the presentations by reference to extra file. 
This file associates the generic identifiers with a particular presentation style. 
Using CSS many pages can share style direction from a single file. 
This makes it possible for many page's styles can be changed with a single key stroke to the central file. 
It works in concert with a web-browser.
